Order and Shipping Confirmation

When you place an order on the website you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive an order number along with the shipping method that you’ve selected. We ask that you double-check and confirm that your shipping address is correct as it is practically impossible to change shipping addresses after items have shipped.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a follow-up email with tracking information. If you order through Amazon their shipping terms of service will apply.  If you are an Amazon Prime member your item will ship in as early as 2 days. (Check Amazon Terms of Service for more details).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses and additional shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Currently, all sales are re-routed to Amazon so all shipping costs are determined by Amazon. For further details, you may consult the shipping costs on their website.


Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes will be calculated based on the shipping destination. You can review the amount on the Order Summary page on Amazon.

Return Policy

Amazon has a 30-day money back guarantee. When you purchase our products through Amazon we will extend the warranty on all purchases an additional 60 days past the Amazon guarantee, for a total of 90 days. This will only cover replacements. To receive your replacement after the 30 days up to the 90th day you will need to contact us at

When you email us please provide the following information: Your Amazon order number and date, your name and address so we know where to ship you another product.

We do not exchange products.
However, if there is an issue with the product you’ve purchased and you have a valid warranty certificate, we would be happy to process a replacement for you under the conditions of your warranty. You even get to keep the old one on us. No return necessary.

Requesting a Refund

Wagglingly does not offer refunds as all our products are backed by 60-day replacement warranty however if you purchased through Amazon, they provide the first 30-day money back guarantee and Wagglingly will then provide an additional 60-day replacement guarantee.
