Coconut Vanilla Protein Shake
Start your day with this delicious power packed recipe with protein and added essential fats to help you feel satisfied all day.
4 cups water
1/2 cup coconut water
2 scoops collagen protein powder
2 scoops MCT powder
1/2 Tsp pure vanilla powder
1/2 dropper of toffee liquid stevia (or your favorite flavor)
1/2 frozen banana
Strawberry slices to garnish (optional)
Add water first
Then add remaining ingredients
Top with strawberry slices if desired
Enjoy first thing in the morning, then at anytime throughout the day to help keep you satisfied.
